Expert market appraisals and valuations. We listen to client’s aspirations when giving our honest valuations and marketing advice. This is based on our extensive experience including detailed knowledge of uniquely local price variations. Banks, solicitors and surveyors often seek our advice. Clients also benefit through information from our constantly updated database of real sale prices of hundreds of properties in the area. Our knowledge importantly includes why a particular price was achieved.

Multi-media advertising. Our clients benefit from our balanced approach to local, national and international advertising, bearing in mind that about three quarters of buyers are from outside Cornwall. By far the biggest source of buyer enquiries is the internet, where we advertise with Rightmove (who have about 80% of the online market), Prime Location, the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) website, and the GPEA (Guild of Professional Estate Agents) website. We advertise in local and national papers, the colour magazine of the GPEA and through the London, Park Lane office of the GPEA where details of all our properties can be accessed. We of course also advertise with our office window and internal displays, many sales being made to buyers who call in to the office. In addition we advertise via our sponsorship of a large number of local events and contributions to good causes.

High quality sales brochures.
Our professionally designed colour brochures have an advantageous and immediate visual impact with emphasis on plenty of pictures plus floor plans. Our Property List contains colour thumbnail pictures of all properties, and is sent to over 1,000 registered buyers at frequent intervals. Property brochures and lists are instantaneously e-mailed out or sent by first class post.

 Personal attention plus latest technology. All regular tasks are carried out efficiently with our comprehensive computer system, including sophisticated matching of properties to over 1000 registered buyers. This has the great advantage of allowing staff to give the maximum of time to clients’ needs, and the maximum of attention to selling their property.
