This rare opportunity has been in the loving ownership of our clients for the last 22 years. The apartment is very pleasant, has double glazed windows, and is warmed by night storage off peak heating. The fitted carpets and curtains are included in the guide price and all contents and furniture, with the exception of personal belongings, are available by separate negotiation.
